THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 15th day of July, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between ACCO Engineered Systems (“Contractor”) and Peralta Community College District (“District”) (“Contract”) for the purpose of maintaining the HVAC systems located throughout the Laney College campus (“Project”). The District and the Contractor are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
