THIS HYDROGEN SUPPLY AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into effective September 28, 2007 ("Effective Date"), by and between MarkWest Blackhawk, L.P., a Texas limited partnership with offices at 1515 Arapahoe Street, Tower 2, Suite 700, Denver, CO 80202 ("MarkWest"), and CITGO Refining and Chemicals Company L.P., with offices at 1802 Nueces Bay Boulevard, Corpus Christi, TX 78407 ("CITGO"). MarkWest and CITGO may be referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties".

As Hongli has established the project to extract 12,000 cubic meters of syngas per hour from coke (Yu Pingshiji Make [2014] 06316), which will enable Hongli to provide syngas by September 2015, and Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has a great demand of hydrogen in its production process, the two parties reached a supply agreement and the terms are as follows:

Herning and Fredericia, 27 June 2022 - Everfuel A/S and Crossbridge Energy A/S have signed a long-term agreement stipulating the terms for hydrogen supply from the first stage of Everfuel’s HySynergy Phase II PtX facility which is under development in Fredericia, Denmark. The agreement is an important step in the realisation of the planned 300MW electrolyser plant.

Hydrogen is expected to play a significant role in the future in the process towards a more sustainable supply of energy. Various experiments are already being organized, and more pilot projects will be launched soon, where consumers will be supplied hydrogen on a small scale. Various market participants are involved in these pilots, including system operators and energy suppliers. The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) finds it important that such experiments take place. The experience that is gained in these pilots can help realize the transition towards a supply of energy where hydrogen plays a key role. In addition, it also provides input for the study commissioned by the Dutch cabinet into the future organization of the market, the division of roles among the parties involved, consumer protection, and safety measures for the supply of hydrogen to consumers.1
