Collective Bargaining AgreementIaff Local 2099 • May 13th, 2014
Pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Title 41, Chapter 56, Woodinville Fire & Rescue, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT and the North Sound Professional Firefighters International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2099, hereinafter referred to as the UNION, have met and conferred in good faith regarding wages, rates of pay, working conditions and all terms and conditions of employment. And, as a result thereof, the DISTRICT and the UNION desire to enter into a COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT, hereinafter referred to as AGREEMENT, resolving such matters in favor of the UNION and the DISTRICT for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016.
