This IANA IPR Assignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this day of , 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between the IETF Trust, a Virginia common law trust (“IETF Trust”) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“ICANN”). The IETF Trust and ICANN may each be referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
