This IBM Agreement for Services Acquired from an IBM Business Partner (“Agreement”) governs IBM’s delivery of certain IBM Services and Product Offerings which Customer acquires through an IBM Business Partner. Such Services are delivered by IBM under terms which are in addition to the terms of this Agreement (for example, a statement of work) and such Product Offerings are delivered by IBM under terms which are in addition to the terms of this Agreement (for example, an attachment to this Agreement). IBM Products are not acquired from IBM Business Partners under this Agreement.
