This contract is made as of the 29th day of August, by and between, Debix (the “Contractor,”) with a principal place of business at 900 Congress Avenue, Suite 402, Austin, TX 78701, acting by Julie Fergerson, its Vice President of Emerging Technology and the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”), with a principal place of business at 165 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106, Connecticut, acting by Pamela Anderson, its Contract Specialist, in accordance with Sections 4a-2 and 4a-51 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
