Parties may adhere to these IFXCO Terms (the “Terms”) and be bound by their terms by complet- ing and exchanging with each other an agreement that these Terms shall govern FX Transactions and Currency Option Transactions between them sub- stantially in the form of the IFXCO Adherence Agreement published with these Terms (the “Adherence Agreement”).
