This subsection, in its entirety, applies to subcontractors used on this contract. Vendor shall include these Standard Certifications in any subcontract used in the performance of the contract using the Standard Subcontractor Certification form provided by the State.

Late Payment: Payments, including late payment charges, will be paid in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act and rules when applicable. 30 ILCS 540; 74 III. Adm. Code 900. This shall be Vendor’s sole remedy for late payments by the State. Payment terms contained on Vendor’s invoices shall have no force and effect.
