This Microsoft Imagine Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and Microsoft Corporation, or based on where you live, one of its affiliates (“Microsoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Agreement carefully. It governs your access to and use of a Microsoft Imagine Direct Subscription (“Subscription”), including any competitions, developer tools, online learning, software, media, content, materials, services, updates, supplements, internet-based services, promotions, and support services that you may receive through the Subscription (“Subscription Benefits”), unless other terms accompany those Subscription Benefits, in which case those terms apply.
