This Document Imaging Services Agreement (the “Offer and Acceptance”), and all exhibits referenced in either of the aforementioned,, (the “Agreement”) entered into and effective as of the effective date of the Offer and Acceptance (“Effective Date”) by and between File Keepers LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), having its principal place of business at 6277 East Slauson Avenue and you (hereinafter “Customer”, “you”, “your”).. Both Customer and Company are a Party to this Agreement, and shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
