This iManage Business Express® (“iMBX”) Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the undersigned Company acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions herein (“Company”) and MidFirst Bank, its subsidiaries, divisions, and/or affiliates (collectively “Bank”) and is effective upon Company’s first use of the Services. The Bank will make available to Company the iManage Business Express® (“iMBX”) System, which will enable the Company to gain direct access to account balances, transaction records, and other information regarding the Company’s accounts at the Bank, in addition to other services described herein. Bank may amend this Agreement from time to time upon notification to the Company as specified in this Agreement and the Account Agreement & Disclosure. Any modifications, updates, or changes to this Agreement will be effective as of the date of posting the revised terms on the System and Company’s continued use of the Services.
