This Rider to the iMIS Usage Agreement (the “Usage Agreement”) is effective between Client (“Client” or “Subscriber”) and WBT Systems Limited (“WBT”), an Irish limited company and an affiliate of Advanced Solutions International, with an office at Block 2, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, and governs access to and use of the TopClass LMS platform and Services provided to Client by WBT. All terms not defined in this Rider have the meanings defined in the Usage Agreement accessed at www.advsol.com/terms. If there is any conflict between this Rider and the Usage Agreement, this Rider will control for the purposes of resolving the conflict.
