This Impact Fee Reimbursement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Eagle Mountain City, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (the “City”) and Edge Homes Utah, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Developer”). City and Developer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
