The most crucial barriers to international trade take the form of administrative barriers. Therefore, the presence of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) aims to remove these administrative barriers, thereby facilitating international trade. This study analyzez the implementation of TFA as a reform of the Indonesian economy. The research method used is normative legal research, by examining legal data sourced from literature as the secondary legal materials or literature related to the topic of this research. The results of this study concluded that after Indonesia’s ratification of the TFA, it was able to increase exports and reduce trade costs. This is due to the nature of TFA as a multilateral agreement among WTO member countries and affects the increase and optimization of trade procedures.
