This Implementation of Traffic Management Plan Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date last written below by and between the City of Vacaville, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”), and the Kairos Public School Vacaville Academy, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (hereinafter “Kairos”). City and Kairos are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party”.
