This IMPLEMENTING ENTITY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"") is made by and between MCA-Vanuatu, an independent unit established within the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management under the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu ("MCA-Vanuatu") on behalf of the Government of the Repub lic of Vanuatu (the "Goverment"") and the National Statistics Office of the Ministry of Finance and Ecnomic Management of the Republic of Vanuatu and(the "Implementing Entity") shall become effective as provided herein. MCA-Vanuatu and the implementing Entity are referred to herein individually as a "Party" adn together as the "Parties".

(“Association”) and BENAZIR INCOME SUPPORT PROGRAMME (“Implementing Entity”) (“Implementing Entity Agreement”) in connection with the Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) of the Signature Date between ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF PAKISTAN (“Recipient”) and the Association, concerning Credit No. 6855-PK. The Association and the Implementing Entity hereby agree as follows:
