This Fort Pearce Wash Rip Rap Improvement Reimbursement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this ______ day of, 2020, between the City of St. George, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (hereinafter “City”), and Ledges at Snow Canyon, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, (hereinafter “Owner”). City and Owner are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

Gates, Trustee of the Mary Alice F. Gates Revocable Trust, dated July 23, 1981, and MJBTCB Development Properties, LC, a Utah limited liability company (the “Foremaster Affiliates”).
