(MARS), the program Sponsor. The following agencies and organizations that constitute the Interagency Review Team (IRT) have indicated their acceptance: the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District; the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; the Montana Department of Environmental Quality; the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks; and, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
