The following Rental Policy contains important information regarding the use of the facility and the outside user of the facility. It is imperative that you read all items listed. Please note that the rental or use will be considered NULL AND VOID if the rental agreement for the facility is not completed and returned within two (2) weeks or ten (10) business days of the application date, unless otherwise agreed to by the Incarnation Community Center Director (hereafter known as ICC Director). The date is determined on the day you provide a security deposit and/or your event is calendared.
