This performance restricted stock unit award agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of the date of the award set forth below (the “Date of Award”), evidences an agreement to award performance restricted stock units (“PRSUs”) by Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the “Company”) to the participant named below (the “Participant”), pursuant to the provisions of the Mueller Water Products, Inc.
