THIS AGREEMENT FOR INCLUSION OF PROPERTY (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2022, by and between the LEDGE ROCK CENTER COMMERCIAL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“District”), and the TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, a home-rule municipality of the Counties of Larimer and Weld, State of Colorado (“Town” or “Petitioner”) (the District and the Petitioner may each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties,” as the context implies).
