C. §§3801 et seq. (the “Delaware Trustee”); and the members of the Tort Claims Trust Advisory Committee as identified on the signature pages to this agreement (the “TAC”) is executed to facilitate the implementation of the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Tronox Incorporated et al. Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code [Ex. B to Docket No. 2402] (as may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Plan”). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan.
