This Fifth Amendment (the “5th Amendment”) to the Indefeasible Right of Use Agreement and Master Service Agreement Dark Fibers is by and between Zayo Group, LLC (“Zayo”) and tw telecom holdings inc. on behalf of itself and its Affiliates (“User”).
