Contract Type FiledAugust 21st, 2018This specification is intended to set forth the requirements for emergency and non-emergency medical supplies, and emergency medical gloves within specifications. This specification is to provide the City with the items which meet or exceed specifications herein. The emergency medical gloves shall meet or exceed all standards for emergency medical gloves as set forth by the National Fire Protection Association, 1999/2018 Edition for Standard on Protective Clothing for Emergency Medical Operations. If standard is revised, or a manufacturer design change occurs during the term of this contract, the successful vendor shall be required to obtain new certification and furnish an updated test results to the City in verifying continued compliance to all applicable requirements of the standard. Gloves shall meet and/or exceed the design and performance criteria of the standard in effect at time of shipment.
