THIS INDEMNIFICATION RIGHTS AND CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 17, 2010, by and between Rho Ventures IV, L.P., Rho Ventures IV (QP), L.P., Rho Ventures IV GmbH & Co.
