This ENVIRONMENTAL INDEMNITY (“Indemnity”), dated as of May 22, 2014, is made jointly and severally and solidarily by IREIT Lynchburg Lakeside, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), and Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Guarantor”; together with Borrower, individually and collectively, “Indemnitor”), each having an address at 2901 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523, in favor of CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (together with its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as “Lender”), having an address at 201 St. Charles Avenue, 29th floor, New Orleans, Louisiana 70170.

This Parking Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Garden Route Valet Parking (“GRVP”) and (“Client”) for valet parking service in a parking space located at the address provided by the GRVP. The Client agrees to be bound by all the following terms and conditions by submitting one or more payments in cash and/or debit/credit card to secure the requested reservation. ALL DATES ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL DEPOSITS ARE PAID IN FULL.
