On August 23, 2005, your Board authorized the Parks Department to solicit and evaluate prospective consultants for the next phase in the implementation of the Felt Street Park Master Plan and return on or before November 15, 2005, with a design contract for approval. Through the term of the solicitation process, the Parks Department distributed 13 Request for Qualifications to various consultants within and outside the local jurisdiction.
