This Independent Contractor Labor Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date executed (including but not limited to the electronic signature method of clicking on the electronic platform system) (the “Effective Date”) by and between Appen China (including Appen Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Beijing Appen Technology Co., Ltd., Appen Data Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Appen Data Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Dalian Branch, Appen Data Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., however, Appen China may choose one of them as the actual contracting party of Appen China for each service project, hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and [full name] with ID Card number [Mainland Travel Permit number for Hong Kong and Macau and Taiwan Residents] of (“Contractor”; Company and Contractor, each, individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
