FERGUS, whose principal place of business is located at 6640 Springside Avenue, Downers Grove, Illinois 60516 (hereinafter "Contractor") and SIRVA, INC., a Delaware corporation, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, with a place of business located at 700 Oakmont Lane, Westmont, IL 60559 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "SIRVA" or the "Company").
