Whereas Company desires to engage MSP on a non-exclusive basis to market and sell the products of Company, namely (“Products”), and MSP desires to engage in such services, MSP and Company (also referred to herein as “Party” in the singular and “Parties” in the plural) desire to define the terms and conditions applicable to MSP’s performance of such services.
