Dallas County Older Adult Services Program (OASP) has provided meals and program services at senior centers/nutrition sites since 1972. The program’s objective is to provide nutritious meals to older adults in the community. The City of Desoto has entered an Interlocal Agreement with the Dallas County Health and Human Services: Older Adult Services Program for services pursuant to requirements of the Older American Act specified in the attached Agreement.
