These terms and conditions apply to the Bats Index Licence Order Form and form part of the Bats Index Licence agreement (the “Index Agreement”) between Cboe Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 6547680 whose registered office is located at The Monument Building, 11 Monument Street, London EC3R 8AF, trading under the name Cboe Europe (“Cboe”) and the Recipient, as defined in the Bats Index Licence Order Form (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
