This agreement is made effective the 16th day of April, 2020, by and between Weber County, a body politic and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“County”) and Lindsey Watkins (“Administrative Assistant”). County and Administrative Assistant are sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
