THIS CONTRACT is entered into by Pacific County, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”; the Contract Administrator on behalf of Pacific County, South District Court Judge for Pacific County, hereinafter referred to as “JUDGE”, and; Jon Quittner, P O Box 748, Ilwaco, Washington 98624; hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”. According to the terms of this contract, the Standards for Indigent Defense, and the Rules of Professional Conduct, the parties agree that the CONTRACTOR shall provide legal representation for persons who by law are entitled to legal representation at public expense.
