This Individual Committer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between Terracotta, Inc. (“Terracotta”), with its principal office located at 650 Townsend Street, suite 325, San Francisco, California, USA, and (“Committer” or “you”), an individual who has been approved to be a committer as further described in this Agreement.
