By signing up to use an account through symbridge.com (including, without limitation, all technology and access to services provided by Symbridge, collectively the “Symbridge Site”), you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement including, without limitation, Section 8.5 "Arbitration; Waiver of Class Action," as well as our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and the Symbridge Rulebook (“Rulebook”).
