This is the first Amendment to the INDOT-LPA Project Coordination Contract made and entered into by and between the State of Indiana, acting by and through the Indiana Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as “INDOT”) and the Town of Munster, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the “LPA”) (collectively the “Parties”) dated February 10, 2016 (the “Agreement”, attached hereto as Exhibit A and herein incorporated by reference).
