THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 1st day of May 2017, by and between Associated General Contractors of North Dakota, in a representative capacity and as agent only, acting on behalf of certain of its members and contractors whose names are listed on Schedule A attached to this contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractors" and International Union of Operating Engineers Local 49, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
