This AGENCY AND LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into June 7, 2023, by and between NEW YORK CITY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (the “Agency”), One Liberty Plaza, 13th Floor, New York, New York 10006 and Green Top Farms LLC (the “Lessee”), an entity or person listed as the Applicant or Operating Company and having the address set forth in the Project Application attached hereto as Exhibit A.
