This Agreement between the City of Cadillac, Wexford County, Michigan, a Michigan municipal corporation (the "City"), and Cadillac Casting Inc., a Michigan corporation, whose registered office address is 1500 Fourth Avenue, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 (the "Applicant"), is entered into by and between the parties to comply with the provisions of the Plant Rehabilitation and Industrial Development Districts Act, Public Act 198 of 1974, MCL 207.551 et seq., as amended (the "Act").
