We continued to pursue mill participation. Port Townsend Paper Company (PTPC) joined the project on January 11. A news release announcing this partnership was sent out on January 22. A participation letter to be signed by Ecology’s director was drafted.

During this period we held weekly meetings with internal project staff to discuss the progress of the project. Biweekly contract management meetings with Earth Economics were also held.
