This document is a draft contract and guideline proposed by Innovation Norway, which the Parties may utilise when entering into industrial research and development contracts (IRD contracts). Innovation Norway emphasises that the draft is meant solely as a starting point when entering into IRD-contracts. Hence, the draft is not necessarily complete. The Parties might add additional provisions. The draft should therefore not be used uncritically.
