INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION AGREEMENTIndustrial Subdivision Agreement • March 21st, 2013
WHEREAS the Owner owns the land in the Town of Oakville described in Schedule “A” (the “Land”) hereto and proposes at this time to register a plan of subdivision of the Land substantially in accordance with the draft plan of subdivision which was approved by the Corporation of the Town of Oakville, File 24T-08007 and this Agreement has been made a condition of the approval of the Owner’s proposed plan by the said Corporation of the Town of Oakville.
