This Industry Affiliate Membership Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) establishes an Industrial Affiliate Program between the entity identified below (hereinafter “Member”) and the Multifunctional Integrated Circuits and Systems Group (hereinafter “MICS”) at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (hereinafter “University” or “Virginia Tech”), a state agency and educational institution of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
