This Agreement (“Agreement”) for the development, support, and operation of a grades 9 through 14 Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) Academy is effective as of June 1, 2019, by and between Kilgore Independent School District, with principal offices located at 301 N. Kilgore St, Kilgore, TX 75662; Kilgore College, with its principal office located at 1100 Broadway, Kilgore, Texas 75662; Eastman Chemical - Texas Operations, with its principal office located at TXO Learning Services, Eastman Chemical Company, Longview, TX 75607. (Each P-TECH 9 – 14 Partner is referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.)
