Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with RFC 3912, and a web-based Directory Service providing free public query-based access to at least the following elements in the following format. In the alternative, Registry Operator may transition, upon notice to ICANN, to the Registration Data Publication Services requirements set forth in Specification 4 to the new gTLD Registry Agreement upon the approval of the new gTLD Registry Agreement by the ICANN Board of Directors.
