is attached to and incorporated in the Agreement and the Hosting Agreement as if fully set forth therein, is effective on the Effective Date of the Agreement, and is by and between Vendor, and the Authority. Capitalized terms used in this Security Agreement and not expressly defined herein shall have the meanings defined in the Agreement. This Security Agreement sets forth the information protection and security measures that Vendor shall undertake with respect to the Services it is providing under all three agreements.
