The Life Fitness Family of Brands (“Life Fitness”) is committed to the continuous improvement of its operations, sales and products, and toward that end, we are interested in considering ideas submitted from outside the company. However, before considering any such ideas, it is important to define the conditions under which such ideas can be submitted and considered, because Life Fitness has access to numerous sources of information, both inside and outside the company, and may come in possession of ideas identical or similar to yours, either internally or through other sources. Accordingly, Life Fitness will only accept and consider a disclosure from you under the following conditions:
