This service agreement form is used to activate your Inmarsat BGAN Link Monthly Postpaid SIM Card for service with NorthernAxcess. Customers are required to fill out ALL the information pertaining to their chosen service and fax or email back to NorthernAxcess. Upon activation, NorthernAxcess will assign customers with numbers for the various services requested and notify them.
