The software products, associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation accompanying this license (collectively, “Software”) is owned by Roger Nichols Digital. This Software is not sold, but may be used only by persons or entities that have been granted a License to use the program (“Licensee”). Such grant of License is conditional upon payment of applicable license fees and agreement to the License terms stated herein.
